Introducing: Rizzelles!

I have finally landed upon the perfect recipe for gluten free pizzelles!!! Yipeee!!! Recipes for both sweet and savory have tested well! Made with brown rice flour and tapioca flour these are perfectly suited to those with gluten sensitivity.

Right now I am working on a savory pizzelle with dill, to be topped with a salmon mousse and-micro greens. Also coming up are gluten-free cannoli shells! I will keep you posted!
